Here at Maid on a Mission we offer a reliable, personable domestic cleaning service along side specialist cleaning to suit your requirements.
All of our domestic staff are employed directly, hold current DBS checks and have been trained in house to the Maid on a Mission standard. The security of you and your home is paramount, you can relax knowing you are in safe hands.
Our regular services cover weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits, all costs are included in one affordable simple fee, there are no agency fees or hidden costs.
Alongside the regular cleaning service we also offer one-off & adhoc services for general and deep cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, licensed waste clearances including home, garage and garden clearances.

Domestic Cleaning FAQs:
Will I get the same person every week?
We endeavour to send the same person each visit so you can build a relationship with your operative, in instances of holidays and sickness we offer a replacement operative as close to your normal slot as possible, however you do not have to have anyone different in your home if you do not want to.
Do I need to supply cleaning products?
No we provide everything in the costs, and can offer an eco-friendly solution if that is your preference.
Do I have to give you keys?
No, if you feel more comfortable you can provide access yourself. However if you choose to give us keys please take comfort in the fact that our staff are responsible key holders, and in the unlikely event of a problem we are insured as key holders. No keys are tagged with names, addresses or postcodes.
Do I pay some money to you and some to the cleaner?
No, we are not an agency, and our staff are employed so all payments come to us and we handle the payroll
Do I have to pay cash?
No, in fact we prefer payment into bank where possible. We can accept online transfer, standing order, cheque or card payments
Am I tied into a contact?
We have terms in place, should you wish to cancel a clean its 48 hours notice, should you wish to terminate we politely ask for 30 days notice to allow us time to replace the work for your operative
